Biography
Heitor S. Pellegrina received undergraduate degrees in Economics from the University of São Paulo, and a Ph.D. from Brown University in 2017. His academic career includes an assistant professorship at New York University Abu Dhabi. Pellegrina’s research area is trade and development, with a focus on agricultural markets and natural resources. His research has been published in the Journal of Political Economy, the Journal of Development Economics, and the Journal of International Economics. At Notre Dame, he teaches undergraduate classes in Economic Growth.
